Want A Quick Way To Change Your Mood And Uplift Your Energy? Try This...

Fill a small spray bottle with water. Add a few drops of pure essential oil (see below) and spray/mist the room (about 10 drops in a 2 oz bottle). Keep the bottle on a side table and each time you walk by during the day, spritz a little into the air.

Extensive research has shown that smells affect our emotional reactions to people and situations. We can dramatically influence the way we feel and change our energy levels just by changing the scents.

Denise Linn, author of Sacred Space suggests using the following pure essentials oils by area of home and feel.

Have A Metal Bed? Consider Replacing It

We are all part of the rhythm of nature. Our bodies are designed to be in balance, heal, and thrive in the natural Universe. Our bodies need the un-distorted magnetic field of the earth (Schumann Resonance 7.83 Hz) to remain healthy.

Metals in the bed frames (metal, iron, steel bed frames) and in mattresses (box springs and coils) distort these natural fields as they can get magnetized causing serious harm and long term health effects.

Have a metal bed frame? Consider replacing it with a solid wood platform bed.
Also consider replacing that harmful metal coil spring or chemical laden memory foam mattress and box spring with a non-toxic one.

Choose ones made from natural materials like coir, organic cotton, wool, or natural latex, or a combination.
