Use The Lotus Mudra To Clear The Energy Of A Space

Spaces store emotions and energy.

Check out the video here. If you have been feeling heart broken, miserable, cheerless, gloomy or disappointed, these emotions get absorbed into your space causing others who enter to feel the same.

We can use mudras to channel energy flows of the universe through us to clear the space.  Mudras are fluid movements of our hands and body.

Mudras can be used to align the elements and energy in a space and also align the energy of our body.

Combine a mudra, with essential oils and a positive intention and together they become a powerful space clearing tool

Essential oils to dispel sadness, cheerlessness, gloomy feeling

  • Basil
  • Eucalyptus
  • Frankincense
  • Orange
  • Peppermint
  • Rose
  • Rose geranium
  • Sandalwood

  1. Diffuse any single or combination of the above essential oils
  2. Do the lotus mudra in the room a few times. Inhale bring your hands up into the lotus/padma mudra
  3. Use a positive intention … “I feel joy in every moment” , or “I’m able to forgive myself and others
  4. Exhale, gently bring your hands down
  5. Repeat a few times

This simple mudra helps us experience

  • unconditional love,
  • release tension,
  • opens our heart,
  • gratitude

It also clears the sad feelings from your space allowing your intention to fill the room!

Try it now, it takes just a minute!
