Everything in our space, absolutely everything has an effect on us consciously and subconsciously. Having no wood elements and no indoor plants causes depression, lack of creativity, and stagnancy.
Having too much wood - wood floors, wooden panels, wood cabinets and furniture along with a lot of plants can tip you over to the other side. Too much wood and plants isn't a good idea either. This causes rigidity, stubbornness, inflexibility, and overwhelm.
If you have all wooden floors, wood panels and cabinets or too many plants and can't do anything about it? You can balance it out by using red elements - red pillows, sheets, vases, and pots. You can also bring in candles and include a fireplace to balance out the woods and plants.
